A small operation, run by a person.
Not an agency, not a call centre, and not a marketing funnel with a chatbot on the front. If you email us, the person who built this is the person who answers.
Why this exists
Small businesses in Singapore get sold websites constantly. What almost nobody sells them is an honest answer to a much simpler question: is the site I already have working?
The pattern is always the same. A business is well run. The food is good, the workmanship is good, the reviews are good. And the website quietly loses people every day because the booking button is in the wrong place, or the phone number is a picture instead of a link, or the menu is a photograph nobody can read on a phone.
None of that is visible from the inside. Nobody emails to say “I wanted to book but I gave up”. They just go somewhere else, and the owner is left with a vague sense that things are quieter than they should be.
Why not just sell websites?
Because building a website has become cheap and is getting cheaper, and most of these businesses do not need a new one. They need someone to tell them which four things on the site they already own are costing them money — and most of those take under an hour to fix.
Selling a rebuild when the real problem is a mislabelled button would be more profitable. It would also be the reason nobody trusts this industry.
How it is built
A scan runs 54 checks, all of them published in the open so you can judge the method before you use it. We never take access to your website, which means we could not change it even if we wanted to.
The report is written in sentences rather than reduced to a score, because a number tells you nothing you can act on.
The goal is not to make your website impressive. It is to stop it getting in the way.
Veldan Lee · FounderSay the boring true thing
If a site is fine, the report says it is fine and is short. If a finding is not worth the effort, we say so rather than padding the list to justify the price.
Never manufacture urgency
No countdown timers, no “3 people are viewing this”, no warning that your competitors are pulling ahead. If the work is worth doing it will still be worth doing tomorrow.
Ask for the least we can
An email address and a website address. No phone number field, because we do not phone people. No company size, because it changes nothing about the scan.
Make leaving easy
Delete your account from your dashboard in two clicks. No retention offer, no “are you sure”, no email asking you to reconsider.
Publish the method
Every check is listed on this site. A tool that will not tell you what it measured is asking you to take its word for it, and you should not.
Stay reachable
A real email address and a real phone number, answered by a person within one business day. Not a ticket portal.
Ask us anything first.
If you would rather talk to a person before handing over an email address, that is entirely reasonable. Contact details are on the next page.
