Will anything auto-renew or auto-upgrade?
No. The free scan has no card attached, so it cannot become a paid plan by itself. The one-off report is a single charge with nothing recurring behind it.
Monitoring is monthly and you cancel it yourself from your dashboard. We do not require notice, and we do not ask you why.
What if the report is not useful to me?
Email hello@doctormysite.com within 14 days and we refund the report in full. You keep the report — asking for it back would be theatre.
We would rather refund you than have you tell people we were not worth it.
Why is the free tier only three findings?
Because running the scan costs us something real, and three genuine findings are enough for you to judge whether the rest is worth paying for.
They are your three most serious, not three trivial ones held up as bait.
Is there a discount for several sites?
Yes, if you run more than three. Email hello@doctormysite.com with how many and we will quote you properly rather than making you work out a tier chart.
What does “done for you” actually include?
We make the changes on your site, either directly if you give us access, or by working with whoever currently maintains it.
It starts at the price shown because the work genuinely varies. We will tell you the number before we begin, not after.
Does the repair bot change my live website?
No, and it has no way to. There is no connection between this and your server — you upload copies of your files, and you download the changed ones. Whether they ever reach your site is entirely your decision.
Review them before you upload anything. They were written by an AI working on your business's website, and you should treat that with the same caution you would treat a new contractor's first day.
Will the analytics slow my site down or need a cookie banner?
Neither. It is one line that loads after your page has finished, so it cannot delay anything a visitor sees.
And it sets no cookies and stores nothing that identifies a person — a page path, a referring site, a timestamp, and a visitor code we regenerate every day. There is nothing to ask consent for, which is why there is no banner.
How do I pay?
Card, through a payment provider — we never see or store your card details ourselves.
If you would rather pay by bank transfer or PayNow, ask and we will invoice you.
The first one costs nothing.
